Assistant Administration Manager

Job Description:  

  • Organizing and arranging meetings, official appointments and executive administrative services
  • Independent correspondence, planning, travel arrangements, and preparing for business and social events
  • Assist the senior management in the formulation and implementation of business strategy
  • Administrative activities, handle correspondence and telephone calls
  • Coordinate business meetings and appointments
  • Maintain confidential company information and liaise with senior executives both internally and externally
  • Prepare reports and presentation materials
  • Handle ad hoc projects when required
  • Liaise with customers and market contacts


  • Degree holder preferred
  • Excellent command of written and speaking in English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in computer skills, especially in Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to details and can handle different tasks at the same time
  • Self-motivated, flexible, independent and able to work under pressure, can accept possibility of flexible working hours
  • Strong desire to learn and to be successful
  • Strong lateral thinking abilities
  • Chinese typing is a must
